Refund policy
Returns
At Maryam’s Market, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@maryamsmarket.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
- If you received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your product and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check with your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.
- If it’s been more than 10 working days, contact us at contact@maryamsmarket.com.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed or dispatched, we cannot cancel it.
