1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- If there are delays due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently offer shipping to the following regions:

4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order using the link provided in your confirmation email.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders (outside the UK) may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking information and contact the courier.
- If the package is lost in transit, please email us at contact@maryamsmarket.com, and we will assist you.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
8. Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping details.
